Knife care: Keep clean with warm water and soap. Towel dry immediately. Do not put into dish washer. The edge steel can show signs of surface rust over time. Most surface rust can be removed by sharpening the edge or using a scotch brite pad.
In the grand scheme of all the Taiwan Tuna Knives, this knife is bigger than the FN Big 1500, and meant to be used more like a zipper by using the weight to penetrate into, then push through and slice big fish like like Tuna, Mahi and swordfish. The big belly of the knife also acts as a heavy cleaver that can cut through the bones, head and tail of the fish.
