The Master Chung Compact G-5 Taiwan Tuna Knife is just as its name suggests. It has the depth and heft of a normal G-5 Large, but is reduced in length, making it very agile. This blade is designed for smaller to medium fish, but has the capacity to handle something a little larger than normal.
This Compact G5 is made with Silver 3 steel, which is a Japanese high carbon stainless steel, and has a RC hardness of 60-61.
